EpoxySinks.com Return & Shipping Policy
Final Sale Notice: All sink sales are final.
1. Managed Return Terms
In the rare event a return is approved at management's sole discretion, the following strict terms apply:
- RMA Requirement: No returns will be accepted without a prior written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Restocking Fee: A 50% restocking fee of the total product price will be deducted from any credit.
- Shipping Liability: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and insurance back to the Durcon facility. We are not responsible for sinks damaged during return transit.
- Acceptable Condition: Items must be 100% unused, never installed, in original packaging, and free of any adhesive, sealant, or plumbing residue.
2. Critical Inspection & Damage Policy
To ensure eligibility for a replacement due to shipping damage, you must follow these steps:
- The BOL Notation (Immediate): Upon delivery, you must inspect the exterior of the crate/box. Any visible damage to the packaging MUST be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL). Signing the BOL without notation confirms the product was received in good condition.
- 5-Day "Concealed Damage" Window: Sinks must be fully unpacked and inspected for chips, cracks, or hairline fractures within 5 business days of delivery.
- Reporting Requirements: All claims must be emailed to sales@epoxysinks.com within this 5-day window with:
- Clear, high-resolution photos of the sink damage.
- Photos of the internal and external packaging materials.
- A digital copy or photo of the signed BOL.
- Installation Waiver: Installation of a sink constitutes final acceptance. We cannot process damage claims for sinks that have already been mounted or plumbed.
3. Manufacturing & Storage
- Storage Fees: A 10% monthly storage fee applies to all "ready to ship" sinks that have been manufactured but remain unpaid or uncollected.
- Allocation Policy: If payment is not received within 30 days of production completion, EpoxySinks.com reserves the right to cancel the order and relinquish product allocations.
- Abandoned Property: Orders left in our facility for more than 90 days due to non-payment will be considered abandoned.
